This was a fun little job, a dear client allowed us to frame some old (I mean OLD! One is from 1829) land plats and deeds. Pro Tip! Leave your newspapers whole when bringing in to frame
At Elite Framing we frame many newspaper articles. Is is ALWAYS better to leave the newspaper whole when you want it framed. Some folks cut out the articles and leave no margin for mat overlay (crucial!) Here is an example of some ridiculously small openings that would not have been possible if the paper had been cut.
