Every now and again a customer brings in an item that we have NOT framed before. This certainly qualifies. We offset this cement bag against a blue background and used a nice Palmetto motif moulding on it. This frame screams South Carolina from the tops of it’s lungs! (Frames have lungs?) It measures about 26″ wide x 34″ high.
