Seemingly as large as the Declaration of Independence (and with as many signatures!) College of Charleston Diplomas command respect. The sheer size requires larger scale mats and frames than do smaller diplmas and certificates. Luckily for us Southwinds Moulding (in Columbia SC!) offers graduated sizes of their popular mouldings.
