This large piece (the tapestry measures about 36″ x 26″) appears to be Turkish or Syrian. It i a heavy weave tapestry, the subtle colors blending with the earthy tones. We hand stitched it onto a linen mat and chose a 1 1/4″ green and gold bamboo motif frame. We used hidden spacers to keep the glass off the tapestry. harika ve fantastik!
