We used a grey suede mat with red white and blue accents on this discharge certificate. We then framed it in a 2″ black moulding with gold rope motif. (Made in the USA!) Made in the USA is important to us here at Elite Framing every day, but especially when we are framing something as worthy as this. “No greater honor accrues to any citizen!”
