We were recently tasked with framing this large contemporary oil painting by local artist Christi Arnette. There was limited space on the wall it was to hang so we went with a thin (7/8″ wide) distressed wood moulding. This frame is a good 1 1/8″ deep, too, able to handle chunky stretcher strips. It comes in the three colors; blackish, greyish and whitish. This painting measures about 48″ wide x 24″ high. Nice!
