At Elite Framing in Columbia’s 5 Points shopping district we have many years experience framing proclamations, diplomas and certificates. In this case we matted this Governor’s proclamation in a 4″ SC blue linen mat with a gold bottom mat. We used a 1 1/4″ broken gold moulding. The overall size is about 16″ x 20″.
