A lovely little coastal watercolor we recently framed, this piece of art measures only about 5″ x 7″. Painted on stiff watercolor paper, we raised the painting off the linen matboard to give it a “floating” effect and show off the deckled edges of the paper. We then chose a deep distressed moulding and used spacers to keep the glass off the art. Very nice!
