We recently had Ernest paint a pair of chickens specifically for an auction at Columbia’s Hammond School. He used the school colors and even included a little “H” on the chests of the Funky Chickens! We even think those are blue pompoms at the ends of the arms of the lady chicken! (Or Big Hands You Know You’re The One?) We framed this dapper pair in a distressed black Italian Olive Wood hand-finished moulding. The textures of the Folk Art are mimicked by the textures of the frame!
