Hal Moore Industrial Watercolor!

This piece dates from the 1980s, it is by Columbia artist Hal Moore, We matted it in an 8-ply (double thick!) and used a 7/8″ wide soft gold squared frame. The frame measures about 30″ by 40″. Nice work Hal!
