Presbyterian College is a lovely little school with a great reputation located in Clinton, SC. We recently framed this diploma for a graduate. We used a PC blue top mat with a black bottom accent mat. We then used a 2″ wide mahogany frame with a rope motif (Made in the USA!)
All components are MADE IN THE USA!!
