Framed Vintage Swim Trunks!
This was a neat project for a lake house, a pair of framed vintage men's swim trunks. We hand stitched the trunks on acid free matboards and used Italian made rustic wood frames. This lovely charcoal figure painting is done on a heavy art board, complete with the original staples from when the artist Alex Powers executed the work. We matted around it with a matching matboard, allowing 1/4" of spacing. The frame is a contemporary silver Italian with a small beaded lip. This piece measures about 24" by 30".
